Using Bank Wire

We accept bank wire to the following banks in Hong Kong Dollars.:

  • HSBC
  • Hang Seng Bank
  • Bank of China (Hong Kong)

If you transfer from other banks, please check with your bank about the local interbank fees. Buyers are responsible for any interbank transfer fees.

After checkout by choosing payment with Bank Wire, an email with our bank accounts information will be sent to you. Please complete payment within 2 business days and reply that email by attaching payment advice after transfer. 

Using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal

We accept credit cards payment through Paypal. Your payment information is secure and we never receive your credit card information.

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the shipping method you chose during checkout. Tracking references will be provided for all international orders. 

For international orders, you can track your order at Hong Kong Post or SF Express, depending on the carrier you have chosen. You can get online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail sent to selected destinations. You can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations below directly. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.

For orders being shipped to Hong Kong, we suggest you to use Registered Mail or Smart Post. There is no tracking reference for Local Mail. Buyers are responsible for lost packages. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you have chosen and the destination. For details, please visit Hong Kong Post or SF Express. The information is for reference only and we are not responsible for any delay. It usually takes 7 - 14 business days for e-Express available countries and 7 - 16 business days for registered international mail. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Refunds

You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please contact to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt. Unwanted items should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please include a reason for return and a contact telephone number. Once we have confirmed the returned goods are in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund to your original payment card or payment account. Cost of postage will not be refunded. 


Basically we don't accept any cancellations, but please do contact us if you really need to cancel your order. Buyers are responsible for Paypal charge which cannot be refunded.
